So the New Year has began! I don't know how many people still read these things but best wishes to anybody who does; I hope you all had good holidays like I did. I guess I'm kind of regretting how little I've posted here in 2012. It isn't that I haven't drawn anything; I've actually done quite a bit in my sketchbook. But getting that re-drawn digitally just hasn't been happening. Oops. Maybe this year I'll be more productive. I'm making one of my resolutions to have something up monthly at the very least (but now that I've said that I've probably jinxed myself). Pointless journal entry is pointless. Found the leads and loaded around 20+ pictures to my computer so I can re-do them in SAI. After finding my favourites for this I realised I draw Isabelle from Mortal Instruments quite a lot. But there we go. So hopefully new things to come, yay! I jumped right in to one that's going to take me a while, which is a bit of a pain, so I'm hoping it comes out well and I don't have the trouble with skintones I've been having lately. Drawing seemed so much easier when I could lay down with my laptop and tablet in my lap, I get backache from doing it on the desktop too long and I'm still not sure my screen is set to show me colours properly.
